Type or copy and paste the following one at a time in the Chrome address bar and click search.
chrome://plugins - Look for Java and Silverlight and make sure they are enabled, also Find and Disable Google Update this stops Google Chrome from updating to a newer browser version automatically...
chrome://flags/#enable-npapi - Look for NPAPI and make sure it's enabled.
Note: If NPAPI doesn't appear or Google Update, you need to download an earlier version of Google Chrome 41 to 44 and enable NPAPI plugins etc.
Note Google Chrome:
Although Chrome version 41 to 44 use to provide the option for users to enable NPAPI plugins for Java and Silverlight charts the option was removed starting with Chrome version 45. And to put it very simply, if you want to know how to enable Java and Silverlight in Google Chrome version 45 (or later), you can’t - at least not directly. So we advise you to use FF, MSIE 9 or later for best browsing experience as many have done so far with great results or Use IE Tab Extensions for Google Chrome. See Below..
For Google Chrome version 45 or later Use IE Tab Extensions: For Java and Silverlight Charts..
The best way to use (Java, Silverlight, or other NPAPI-based technologies) going forward is to use IE Tab Extensions for Chrome. You can set up Auto URLs to automatically open certain urls using IE Tab, providing a seamless experience, as if Java and Silverlight support never went away.

IE Tab Extensions Chrome Options: www.ietab.net/options
After you add the IE Tab to Google Chrome, right click on the (e) Tab to the right of the address bar, select options, www.ietab.net/options will load, scroll down and find the IE Compatibility Mode and select your MSIE version you have installed on your system (e.g. IE 10 Standards Mode).
Note: You also can use Auto URLs and Add http://www.level2stockquotes.com/* with the wildcard asterisk (*), now when you type in Chrome address bar it will automatically start IE Tab. There are many other options to choose from to customize IE Tab Chrome.
Firefox Browser - Going Forward: You need to enable / allow Frames, Java and Silverlight to be able to get all of the interactive stock charts and other content.
Note: Some features require the latest browser versions of Firefox however there has been talk of discontinuing support for Java or Silverlight / NPAPI applications at the end of 2016, this will effect Silverlight Charts and Java apps. We suggest you use an older version of Firefox at that time or use IE Tab Extensions for Firefox to run Java and Silverlight.
