Shiner International, Inc. engages in the manufacture and sale of packaging films which are primarily used by food and consumer products manufacturers. The company's products include security film, which is embossed with a multi-dimensional insignia that creates illusions and enhances brand identity, used in the packaging of high-end products; coated films, a functional packaging film, which can be produced in heat-resistant, shrink-wrap, pealable or other varieties; and a box over-wrap film designed to meet the industry requirements for pack appearance, product freshness, and clear optics. It also offers surface printing and reverse printing services primarily for consumer goods. The company's products used in various industries and has operations primarily in China, as well as in various parts of Southeast Asia, Europe, Middle East, and North America. Article: More on BEST After doing my researching, I would have to say that BEST is one of the most solid companies I have come across in a very long time. Since BEST just moved to the NASDAQ this could mean the start of a long journey upwards. When FRPT ( Force Protection ) moved to the NASDAQ their stock price exploded making it one of my biggest picks of all time. Make sure you do your own research and put BEST on your watch list. I believe anyone who gets involved at these levels could be rewarded handsomely, of course that is just my opinion. I mentioned that some of BEST's customers are Sony, and Warner Music. This is extremely promising for BEST's future having such major companies put their trust in them. China has become the biggest victim of pirated CDs so there is a market for BEST's products. BEST CEO Mr. Jian Fu, commented: "With 13 patents and more pending as well as a highly profitable business, we look forward to providing effective security solutions to our global customers." BEST is involved in so many difference sectors with their products that their potential is just unbelievable. I don't think BEST will be trading this low once people become more aware of the industry. BEST is working in an industry that is still fairly new. But what makes BEST stand out in this industry is that BEST's technology is different from other competitors. The advantage of BEST security film over other producers of traditional seals and security labels is that BEST's technology is virtually impossible to duplicate whereas other types of laser holographic security products have been successfully copied. There is a demand for companies like BEST. BEST has 60% of its current customers in China, while the rest are all over the world in Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America. BEST's products in the domestic market generally exceed industry standards while in the international market the Company's products have attained international and FDA certification and have proven to equal or even exceed the quality of industry leaders. Domestically, BEST also operates on a lower cost basis than most competitors due to economies of scale and the design of its own production lines as noted above. The security problem in China is huge and its companies like BEST that can slow it down if not stop it! BEST's unique security packaging film is technically superior product to the current hologram film offered by domestic competitors. Although BEST just introduced this product in 2005, they have already garnered the business of Sony music distributors in Shanghai! As the Chinese Government is now focusing on trying to improve its global trade status, BEST has received several recognition awards from National Organizations since introducing the film in 2005.
